Lead Carpenter/Framer - SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter/Framer to join our team at SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Read blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications
• Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry or framing
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
