Senior Commercial Leak Detection & Repair Supervisor

Location:

Minnesota RMM (Service) Division Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour, based on experience

Is this you?

Do you prefer fast-moving service calls over long production installs?

Can you spot the source of a leak across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, or modified bitumen—and fix it right the first time?

Are you comfortable leading a 1–2 person crew while staying hands-on?

Do you communicate clearly with facility managers and owners and document work in a mobile app?

Are you safety-driven and fluent in OSHA practices?

What you’ll do Perform investigations, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial roofing systems.

Scope, price (as applicable), and document repairs with photos and notes.

Lead and mentor a small service team while completing work alongside them.

Spot and communicate additional service opportunities during site visits.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies when needed.

Work safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety procedures.

Minimum qualifications3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).Ability to independently locate and repair roof leaks.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

OSHA knowledge and strong safety awareness.

Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reports.

Dependable, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Experience leading or mentoring a small crew preferred.
