Write, review, test, and ship production code for platform features, including clinician routing and dispatch optimization and practical AI integrations. Collaborate with product and clinical teams, improve engineering standards and system security, mentor engineers, and support reliable, compliant patient and clinician experiences.

Requirements: Requires 10 or more years of engineering experience and a strong record as a hands-on Staff or Principal Engineer building and maintaining complex web and mobile platforms. Candidates should be proficient in the listed modern software and cloud stack, communicate effectively, make pragmatic technical trade-offs, and ideally have healthcare technology or HIPAA experience.
