Job Summary
Seeking a
Sr AI Software Engineer
with strong backend development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs and hands‑on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Git Hub Copilot. The ideal candidate will build production‑grade services, integrate workflow orchestration platforms, and contribute to cloud‑native and Dev Sec Ops initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services, APIs, and microservices using AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for performance, security, correctness, and maintainability.
- Integrate applications with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, Camunda, Flowable, or JBPM.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with technical leads, data teams, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops , Open Shift/Kubernetes, and AWS cloud deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Help establish and improve AI-native engineering practices, standards, and governance.
- 5+ years of professional backend/enterprise software engineering experience.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Production experience using Claude, Git Hub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong SQL/database experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle, including data modeling and performance tuning.
- Experience with event-driven/distributed systems, CI/CD, Dev Ops, Kubernetes/Open Shift, and AWS.
- Exposure to Temporal, Camunda, Flowable, JBPM, or Drools.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, code review, communication, and ownership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
