Personal Fitness Trainer – St Paul, MN

POSITION SUMMARY We are on the lookout for a Personal Fitness Trainer to join our Grand Avenue, St. Paul club—a person who possesses a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals! If you thrive on creating fantastic workouts, inspiring members, and delivering outstanding customer service, this position could be perfect for you. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will conduct one-on-one and group sessions, designing innovative new programs.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct dynamic fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise plans that inspire and motivate members.

· Offer engaging one-on-one training sessions, dynamic group fitness classes, and personalized training to empower members to achieve their optimal results!

· Energize and inspire members by monitoring their progress while providing continuous support, motivation, and accountability.

· Educate members on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and injury prevention.

· Keep the training area clean and organized, ensuring the equipment is sanitized correctly and in working condition.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a health club.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

· Passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week Benefits:
