Position: Manager on Duty
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Fitness Manager On Duty to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager on Duty you will:

* Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.

* Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations.

* Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean.

* Supervise and monitor the exercise floor.

* Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries.

* Available to address and resolve member comments and concerns.

* Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate would have:

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).

* An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

* Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

* CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $18.00/hour to $23.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
