Position: Full Time Dispatcher
Shepard Road Parking is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher/Bus Driver.

This is a Full-Time position.

Our Dispatcher/Bus Driver's earn $20.00 hourly

Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.
• Experience with Net Park or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)
• Complete daily business reconciliation to ensure accuracy of bank deposits.
• Complete other job duties as assigned.
• Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.
• Load/unloading luggage
• Timely drop off and pick up times
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Previous driving experience preferred
• Good driving record
• Repetitive lifting is involved
• Good math skills
• Detail orientated
• Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines
