Snow Plow Driver

Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is hiring Snow Plow Drivers for the 2026 winter season to serve commercial and residential properties throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Earn $30 per hour operating a company vehicle equipped with a straight or V plow. This seasonal, on-call role requires availability for 6–12-hour shifts, with all drivers called in when snowfall reaches 1 inch. Reliable transportation to our St.

Paul, MN shop is required.

• Operate a company vehicle equipped with a straight or V plow to clear snow at commercial and residential properties.
• Respond to on-call assignments when snowfall reaches the 1-inch snow removal trigger and work 6–12-hour shifts.
• Shovel or use a snow blower to clear sidewalks when necessary.
• As opportunities arise, apply salt or ice melt and assist with lot clearings after snow events.

• Valid driver’s license.
• MN DOT medical card; the company will pay for the DOT physical.
• Reliable transportation to the shop in St. Paul, MN.
• Availability for seasonal, on-call work and 6–12-hour shifts.
• Ability to shovel and operate a snow blower when needed.

$30 per hour
, paid biweekly by check or direct deposit.
Next-day pay is available.

• No medical, dental, or vision insurance benefits are available for seasonal winter employees.

• Opportunities for additional work applying salt or ice melt and assisting with post-storm lot clearings.
