About the Role

• Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory, including receiving, systematic storage, and precise order picking for shipment.
• Optimize warehouse organization by maintaining accurate product placement and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and reach trucks to safely move freight and fulfill customer orders.
• Process incoming shipments and returns by verifying counts and updating digital inventory records in real-time.
• Resolve freight discrepancies and manage queue tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts.
• Strong familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management software.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs, in a repetitive manner.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate inventory tracking and measurement.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Advanced experience with complex warehouse data management systems.
• Prior certification in industrial equipment operation.
