Trade Winds features two destination resorts just 200 flip flops from one another along the gorgeous Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach. We are currently seeking a Barista/Cashier who is passionate about building lasting memories for our guests.

• As a Barista/Cashier, you are responsible for greeting guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing quick, responsive customer service.
• Promotes sales of retail merchandising.
• Ensures the quality of food and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests.
• Responds to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to "pitch-in" and help co‑workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
• Maintains outstanding hygiene, greets customers and keeps them happy while taking orders.

• High School / GED.
• Prior barista experience.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, a service mentality, and a strong work ethic.
• Must have open availability on weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to work successfully both as a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced food outlet environment.
