- Maintenance Technician 1 -- Coral Reef Beach Resort role at Capital Vacations.

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Performing general repairs as needed, such as painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
