* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Efficiently process customer orders through phone calls and in-person interactions

* Prepare and assemble pizza orders with attention to quality and accuracy

* Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

* Demonstrated multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

* Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure

* Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
