The Crossing is seeking a Youth Pastor to oversee the Mid Rivers Campus youth ministry for grades 6–12, guiding volunteers and weekend services. The role emphasizes building community, trust, and relational leadership across the campus and youth programs.
You will lead weekly Youth Crossing gatherings, coordinate events, recruit and train volunteers, and provide pastoral care to students on their journey with Jesus. A Bachelor’s degree and ministry experience are required.
