Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7:40 AM – 3:55 PM.

Pay Details
  • Entry‑Level Behavior Technician (BT): $18.00 hour (starting Day 1 of training)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $20.00 hour (after certification, typically 4‑6 weeks)
  • Leadership Roles:
    Up to $22.00 hour
  • Merit raises: $0.50 every six months with continuous, satisfactory employment

RBT Certification required within first 90 days. We provide all training.

About the Role

Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1‑6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic‑based setting, using our unique, play‑based Reggio

ABA™ approach.

This physically and emotionally active role involves working closely with children, supporting daily care tasks, and responding calmly to behaviors such as screaming or hitting. Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Clinic Locations – Missouri

Ballwin | St. Peters | Florissant | Mehlville | Wright City.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1‑6.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
  • Collect and track accurate data on each child's progress.
  • Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
  • Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families.
  • Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through Reggio

    ABA™.
  • Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and grow within the role.
  • Reliable and punctual – consistently attend training and scheduled shifts.
  • Physically and emotionally able to support children with challenging behaviors, including occasional aggression.
  • Flexible and collaborative, with a mission‑driven mindset.
  • Must not have immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
