Medication Partner (PRN)
Position Type: PRN
LocationSt. Peters, Missouri
Compensation$22.00 per hour
Shift ScheduleAs needed;
On Call Rotation:
One weekend shift per month
- Administer medication accurately and maintain proper recordkeeping.
- Maintain medication carts and ensure appropriate storage.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Be an advocate of empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
- Be a generous gift giver: be present and a dependable colleague.
- Maintain an inclusive and positive environment with wholehearted participation.
- Stay curious and engaged in personal and professional development.
- Be proactive in assisting residents with ADLs and supporting their independence.
- Minimum age 18.
- Active certification per state guidelines, in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Good interpersonal skills; works effectively with coworkers.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Positive, energetic attitude; loves residents.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
- Ability lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including post-fall assistance.
- Criminal clearance required.
- Good health; physically and mentally capable of assigned tasks. Health screening within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment and free of pulmonary tuberculosis.
