Medication Partner (PRN)

$22.00 per hour

As needed;
On Call Rotation:
One weekend shift per month

• Administer medication accurately and maintain proper recordkeeping.
• Maintain medication carts and ensure appropriate storage.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Be an advocate of empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be a generous gift giver: be present and a dependable colleague.
• Maintain an inclusive and positive environment with wholehearted participation.
• Stay curious and engaged in personal and professional development.
• Be proactive in assisting residents with ADLs and supporting their independence.

• Minimum age 18.
• Active certification per state guidelines, in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Good interpersonal skills; works effectively with coworkers.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude; loves residents.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including post-fall assistance.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Good health; physically and mentally capable of assigned tasks. Health screening within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment and free of pulmonary tuberculosis.
