Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

The Tear Down Technician should possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Assemble blowers and exhausters according to blueprints.
- Work with the Engineering Department and the Quality Assurance Department to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Apply standard work practices.
- Follow all safety rules, environmental regulating procedures and utilize required safety equipment when appropriate.
- Adhere to 6s (5s) principles, clean, organize, and properly store all equipment.
- Operate Crane and Fork Truck to move equipment and parts (training and certification provided by the company).
- Operate machinery and hand tools as necessary.
- At least 1+ (or more years) of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- At least 1+ (or more years) of assembly experience.
- Must be able to perform repetitive lifting/carrying of up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to use various power (Pneumatic) hand tools (i.e.; power screwdriver, socket etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality assembly work, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- This position will be based 100% onsite at our St. Peters, Missouri facility.
