As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. You’ll inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver exceptional, patient‑centered care. Partnering with an interdisciplinary group of professionals, you’ll shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy. Your leadership will ensure every patient receives comfort, dignity, and the highest standard of care when it matters most.

- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, full‑time position with on‑call responsibilities - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelor, or Master)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
- Support clinicians with real‑time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem‑solving
- Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high‑quality care
- Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
