Medication Partner $22-$23 7am-7pm (Part Time)

Starting wage: $22.00 per hour
Shift Schedule
- Wednesday and Thursday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Weekend On Call:
One Saturday or Sunday shift per month
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications properly and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain medication carts and ensure proper record‑keeping.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Act as an advocate of empathy, building human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
- Demonstrate generosity by sharing talents and being reliable.
- Create an inclusive and positive environment, investing fully in work, team members, and community.
- Show curiosity and engage in ongoing development and training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Appropriately certified per state guidelines; certification active and in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers.
- English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
- Computer proficiency for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Physical ability: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day; lifting up to 50 lb; assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall assistance.
- Criminal background clearance.
- Good health; physician health screening within specified timeframe; tuberculosis‑free.
