Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a healing environment.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in ongoing professional development.
- Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families.
- Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
- This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.

- Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Licensure:
Valid RN license. - Experience:
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
