Clinical Nurse - Cardiac Rehab​/Coumadin Clinic

This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care
, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Responsibilities include promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, developing individualized care plans, and communicating effectively across care teams. The nurse will assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing
• RN licensure required
• Experience in Stepdown, Telemetry, or Cardiac ICU preferred, with basic arrhythmia interpretation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate critical nursing skills
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience
• Certifications such as ACLS/BLS may be provided if needed
