ICU Clinical Nurse - Nights

This full-time nursing position involves providing direct patient care on a night shift, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and compliance.

• Developing and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Participating in professional development and ensuring communication of care plans across the continuum.
• Maintaining a safe environment, adhering to regulatory standards, and promoting patient safety and education.

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing with RN licensure.
• No prior required experience;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
