The role starts on-site with a minimum three-month training period before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid work model, while continuing full-time on-site clinic duties during the pay period.
Strong nursing license and Epic EMR proficiency are preferred. The position requires collaboration with the clinical team, timely triage, and adaptability to a changing environment.
