As a Lawn Care Professional, you will deliver high-quality lawn care services while representing the trusted reputation of Lawn Doctor of St. Charles, a locally owned business backed by a nationally recognized brand. This is a seasonal, full-time role in a fast-paced environment where pride in your work, reliability, and professionalism matter every day. Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, over seeding, and related services with consistency and attention to detail

Operate, maintain, and respect equipment as if it were your own

Follow daily service routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Communicate confidently and professionally with customers, answering basic questions when appropriate

Document services and lawn conditions accurately using our mobile system

Identify lawn issues and provide clear, honest feedback to the office

Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment that reflect pride in your work

Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and self-management

Support teammates and contribute to a positive, accountable work environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow proven processes

Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset

A sense of ownership, integrity, and personal accountability

Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time during the season

Must have or be able to pass the state pesticide safety general standards test

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and complete required training and certifications
