We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision manufacturing and quality operations. The ideal candidate will have strong PC-DMIS programming experience and be comfortable working directly with dimensional inspection, engineering drawings, and manufacturing quality requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs
- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment
- Program primarily using PC-DMIS
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Troubleshoot CMM programs, equipment issues, programming problems, and machine crashes
- Support Quality Assurance, Quality Control, final inspection, and production teams
- Ensure inspection programs provide accurate, consistent, and repeatable results
- Assist with resolution of dimensional and manufacturing-quality issues
- Strong PC-DMIS programming experience
- Hands-on CMM programming and inspection experience
- Strong understanding of dimensional measurement
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing QA/QC or final-inspection experience
- Aerospace manufacturing or AS9100 experience preferred
- Experience working within a structured quality-management system is a plus
