• Show up ready:
  Arrive on time, maintain uniform standards.
• Know the menu, wine list, steps of service.
• Use POS, handle payments accurately.
• Understand Wine Club benefits.
• Follow SOP, keep work areas prepared.
• Jump in where needed, serve food and drinks speed and care.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines.
• Take initiative, solve problems, support guest experience.
• Anticipate needs, communicate clearly with kitchen, hosts, rovers, bartenders, managers.
• Welcome guests warmly, use names, celebrate milestones.
• Answer questions, recommend genuine, educate on Wine Club perks, invite membership.
• Find small ways to delight, share Wine Club story, introduce tastings.
• Let personality shine, leave signature on interactions.

• At least 21 years of age, minimum six months server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm in fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand up to 10 hours.
• Read, write, understand English.
• Flexible availability, weekends and holidays.
