Overtime Pay

Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.

As an Experienced Retail Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in our store’s success, leveraging your expert sales skills to deliver exceptional results. With 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in a salary‑plus‑commission environment, you excel at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and making every customer interaction impactful. Our success thrives on outstanding customer service and going above and beyond, and you’ll be at the forefront of this effort.

Your primary focus will be on managing a high volume of transactions, where your dedication to exceptional service and your talent for upselling will set you apart and drive our store’s performance.
