Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and is ready to build a lasting career in the insurance industry. Whether you’re experienced in insurance or new to the field, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Offer tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal lines
- Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, inbound calls, and community outreach
- Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client relationships
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
