Part‑Time Security Officer – O'Fallon, MO

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Wage: $18.66/hr.

Base pay: $18.00/hr.

• Truck gate access control.
• Monitoring cameras.
• Performing general security patrols across the premises.
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining vigilance and interacting with guests, employees, and contractors throughout each shift.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer and technology skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Complete pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid driver’s license and driver certification required.
• Open availability preferred.
