Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the St. Louis Metro area. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations. This position is customer-facing and installation-focused—no new construction or commercial work.

- Career growth opportunities within a supportive and growing team
- Install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure proper installation
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure each job site is clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after installation
- Educate customers on the systems being installed and answer any questions during walkthroughs
- Follow all local and state plumbing codes and ensure proper permitting and documentation
- Take detailed job notes and assist with accurate invoicing and closeout procedures
- Participate in team meetings and company-provided training sessions
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
- Must hold or be eligible for a Journeyman Plumber License
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (
Class E license required within 30 days of hire
) - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working)
- No overnight travel required
