We are seeking a dynamic transportation coordinator to lead scheduling, shipment coordination, and customer and driver communications. This role is a key part of the Logistics Team and will directly impact the company’s service to customers, employees, and vendors.

• Providing excellent service to customers, drivers, and team members.
• Developing the transportation schedule and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensuring communication is top‑notch and all parties are working together as a team to complete orders.
• Tracking assets to ensure equipment is accounted for.
• Executing seamless coordination between the transportation office and other departments.
• Providing backup support to other team members.
• Communicating with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delivery expectations.
• Monitoring routes to ensure on‑time performance.
• Resolving transportation issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.

• Normal hours 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, plus one Saturday per month 8 am – 12 pm

• Great customer service, organization, and attention to detail are a must.
• Must be comfortable with computers with an ability and desire to learn new programs.
• A critical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to shift from one task to another with ease and multi‑task continuously.
• Prior logistics experience is not required but is helpful.
