Assistant Controller – CFS
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary: $100,000–130,000

- Prepare and review journal entries and assist with month‑end close
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee and support a small accounting team (3 direct reports)
- Manage sales tax and use tax filings and compliance
- Assist with inventory accounting and controls
- Oversee petty cash and daily cash activity
- Support the Controller with reporting, process improvements, and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and procedures
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
