We are a fast-growing firm seeking a Full-Time Accountant with advanced Quick Books Online expertise to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities with accuracy, while having a good time doing it.
Job Duties- Ensure Timely Management of Accounts Receivables and Collections
- Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards including dispute management
- Detailed AP Entries and Batch Payments for Approval
- Prepare vendor 1099s at year end
- Review Employee Expenses Reports for Reimbursements
- Work closely with internal accounting and support staff
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
- College Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel
- Minimum of 3-5 Years Accounting experience
- Able to manage workflow and meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight deadlines
Full-time
Pay$60,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule8:00am - 5:00pm
