Job Title: Inspections Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time / On-site in St. Petersburg

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inspections Coordinator to join our team and ensure that all inspections are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently.

• Schedule inspections with municipalities and our private inspector.
• Track inspection dates, results, and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, and office staff to ensure compliance.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection statuses.
• Assist in resolving any failed inspection items by coordinating corrective actions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and scheduling systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in construction, permitting, or office coordination a plus.
