Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00

Position Title: Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Serves as the first point of contact for clients and is very critical in delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Processes invoices.
• Assists with hiring hourly team members.
• Date entry.
• Answers questions and takes appropriate actions to handle concerns or rectify problems.
• Responsible for performing various administrative support tasks and general clerical tasks.
• Provides support for organization procedures.
• Escalates some concerns to managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of office/clerical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, accuracy, and customer service skills.
• Advanced Microsoft skills;
  Excel is very important.
