The Vector Companies is a full-service boutique commercial real estate firm established in downtown St. Petersburg in 1985. We provide brokerage, leasing, and property management services across office, industrial, retail, and redevelopment properties.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Brokerage Operations Lead is a hands‑on, in‑office role that owns the execution of marketing initiatives while serving as the operational backbone of the firm. This position collaborates closely with ownership on marketing strategy, drives execution across listings and brand initiatives, and ensures the office operates smoothly on a daily basis. While no staff are managed, this role carries significant ownership, autonomy, and visibility.

Administrative

& Office Operations Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries
  • Coordinate tenant maintenance requests and vendor scheduling for managed properties
  • Order and maintain office supplies and ensure overall office functionality
  • Track listing agreements, contracts, leases, and key deadlines
  • Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, invoices, and transaction‑related documentation
  • Support agents with daily administrative needs
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives for property listings and the Vector brand
  • Design and update listing flyers and marketing materials (Canva required)
  • Post and maintain listings on CoStar and Crexi
  • Prepare and distribute email campaigns and announcements
  • Manage social media posting and content scheduling
  • Update website content including recent transactions and firm news
  • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors as needed
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, administration, or operations
  • Digital marketing and social media experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable handling both marketing and routine administrative tasks
Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
