The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and appropriately directing patients/visitors/guests while treating medical center staff, visitors, physicians, patients, and families in a professional and courteous manner. Consistently displays a positive attitude in the work environment and conducts self in a calm, professional manner during stressful situations.
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties.
Casual / On Call, Rotating Shift, 19 Hours Per Week, Weekend Work Required

Competencies- Education:
High school diploma. - Knowledge:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. - Work Experience:
0–2 years of experience required.
Salary Range:
Minimum 16.05/hour – Maximum 25.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
