Transfer Associate

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transfer Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida
. This is an onsite
, contract position.

SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.

• 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience within a professional office environment (not healthcare)
• Experience working in banking or financial services
• Ability to process and manage documents and document management tasks
• Strong data entry skills, with a minimum score of 6000 KPH and 85% accuracy on data entry assessments
• Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers

• Review and approve client requests to transfer accounts
• Make calls to confirm transfer statuses with contra firms
• Screen incoming and outgoing client requests and verify legal documentation
• Examine transfer forms and letters of authorization for accuracy
• Maintain detailed records and notes to ensure timely completion of client requests
• Reconcile client accounts accurately
• Create and distribute client correspondence
• Assist management to improve department productivity through participation in meetings and training
• Respond to mail, phone, and email inquiries professionally
• Perform general clerical activities such as faxing, copying, and filing
