Business Analyst - Wealth Technology

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help drive the development of new Wealth Technology products and enhance existing Products. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects. A Business Analyst provides strategic management consulting to companies and businesses, advises on ways to improve operations, increase efficiency, optimize processes, reduce costs and increase revenues;

may recommend systems or organizational change.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve product features and workflows.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements to business processes and systems.
• Support QA and UAT processes by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes.
• Leverage data analysis to identify trends, measure process performance, and uncover opportunities for automation or enhancement.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with APIs, digital wallets, payment platforms, or blockchain solutions.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
