Job Summary NOW HIRING:
Newborn Nanny — St. Petersburg, FL
We are seeking a professional nanny for a newborn girl starting December 7, 2025. This is a long-term position requiring overnight care for the first 3 months, then daytime care beginning March 2026.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST MEET ALL):
- 21+ years old
- 5+ years of paid infant/newborn experience
- Long-term commitment
- Available for overnights Dec–March
- Dependable and experienced with newborn routines

Responsibilities
- Overnight infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Daytime routine care and developmental support as the baby grows
- Light household assistance to maintain a tidy and organized home environment
- Family laundry twice a week
- Meal preparation and assistance with light cooking
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Baby laundry, bottle cleaning, and nursery organization
- Maintaining a calm, supportive, and professional atmosphere in the home
- As the baby is a newborn, parents prefer this to be the nanny’s only position to minimize outside exposure and maintain a healthy, germ-free environment for the infant
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent infant experience (newborn care preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Excellent references and background check
- Letter of recommendation
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility for long-term placement
Schedule:
Overnight Care (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- December 7–10, 2025
- December 14–16, 2025 (services not needed on the night of Dec 17)
- January 4–7, 2026
- January 11–14, 2026
- January 18–21, 2026
Change of Hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- January 25–28, 2026
- February 1–4, 2026
- February 8–11, 2026
- February 15–18, 2026
- February 22–25, 2026
- March 1–4, 2026
- March 8–11, 2026
Transition to Daytime Care (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
- March 25, 26, 30, 31, 2026
- April 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 2026
- (The nanny may accompany the mother to the office and provide care there.)
