Job Description- Shift hours: 9:00AM - 7:45PM (4 days on, 3 off) OR 10:00AM - 6:45PM (5 days on, 2 off). Schedules to be assigned by supervisor during the first week of training.
- Contractors will be required to work at least 1 weekend day and may be required to work up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
- Classroom training: 4 weeks.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Call Center experience is highly preferred.
- Banking/Insurance experience is highly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service experience
