Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for processing cash transactions, opening deposit,savings and credit card accounts, and discussing loan and retirement products.
Most importantly,Relationship Specialists build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide asuperiorlevelofcustomer service and expertise.

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanishis a plus)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
- Ability tosee and hear,writeand speak English
- Ability totype repetitive keystrokes
- Ability tosit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending,pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of25pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
- This position is in-person. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
- As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
- In this role, you’ll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
