We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibilities, solid technical skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through construction. This role requires a self-motivated designer who can work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative on independent tasks.

• Participate in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development phases.
• Produce compelling drawings, diagrams, renderings, and presentations.
• Assist in developing creative design solutions aligned with project goals and client expectations.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Support the creation and coordination of BIM models.
• Ensure documentation meets applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

• Coordinate work with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, specialty consultants).
• Assist with product research, specification development, and materials selection.
• Participate in internal design reviews and quality control processes.

• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals under the supervision of a project architect/manager.
• Participate in site visits to verify construction progress and assist with field reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Progress toward architectural licensure preferred (not required).

• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong graphic presentation skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

• Strong design intuition and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
