Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
We’re seeking mid-level Structural Designers/Drafters who are Revit/CAD strong, detail-driven, and comfortable supporting engineers on senior living, healthcare, and multifamily projects.
Responsibilities:
- Produce structural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist engineers with design, documentation, and coordination.
- Prepare schematic, design development, and construction documents.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of drafting experience in A/E industry.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with senior living, healthcare, or multifamily projects preferred.
Education:
- Degree or certification in Architecture, Drafting, or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
