Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join our highly respected team. At JHACH, physicians and leadership are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation in pediatric care. You will work alongside an exceptional group of nurses, providers, and staff to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients and families.

• Primary Focus:
  Hematology, with interest in collaborating with various sub‑specialized hematology and disease‑based teams.
• Primary Locations:
  Wesley Chapel outpatient care location (TBD), JHACH Wesley Chapel outpatient clinic (when open), Tampa OCC, JHACH inpatient service rotation.
• Team‑Based Approach:
  Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supportive Environment:
  Emphasis on professional development and open communication.
• Potential research opportunities.
• Key attributes, competencies, and experience:
  • Relationship builder, with interest in building a program.
  • Skills and competencies to grow practice semi‑independently.
  • Ability to see patients in multiple locations.
  • 3‑5 years of outpatient experience and a “practice builder” background is highly preferred.

• Demonstrates a commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence.
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance when needed.
• References from current collaborators who can speak to clinical skills and team dynamics.
