Preschool/Elementary/Middle Education (Cathedral School of St. Jude) – Open

In response to the challenges faced by our community, including the closure of St. John Vianney due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the Cathedral School of St. Jude is expanding to accommodate more students. We are excited to announce the creation of two classes at each grade level, offering multiple new teaching and staff opportunities.

We are seeking dependable and faith-filled Substitute Teachers to support our students and staff throughout the 2025–2026 school year. Substitute Teachers are responsible for maintaining a positive, structured learning environment in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring continuity of instruction and upholding the mission of Catholic education.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate classroom management skills, effective communication, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting both the academic and spiritual development of our students. They will follow provided lesson plans, lead students in prayer, and serve as role models of Catholic values. A bachelor’s degree and classroom experience are required. Practicing Catholics are preferred but not required.
