Crossover is hiring in partnership with Alpha to fill a full-time Youth Counselor role on-site at Alpha campuses across the United States. The position offers $100,000 USD per year, paid weekly, with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Youth Counselor you will lead life-skills workshops, run motivation sessions, administer mastery assessments, and adapt sessions for different ages, while maintaining high standards and building trust with students.
