This experience emphasizes analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and technical skills to prepare you for future leadership roles in test engineering.

YOU WILL GAIN HANDS‑ON EXPERIENCE IN DEFECT TRACKING, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS, AND INTEGRATING AUTOMATED TESTS INTO CI/CD PIPELINES, WHILE ALSO HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD INITIATIVES THAT IMPROVE EFFICIENCY, EXPAND TEST COVERAGE, AND ENHANCE PRODUCT QUALITY.

This position requires relocation multiple times throughout the program.

ROTATION PROGRAM STRUCTURE

• All rotations will be in person and determined based on skill progression and business needs. These will take place at one of the manufacturing sites, such as St. Petersburg, Auburn Hills, or Clinton; these locations are examples, and actual sites may vary.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product functionality and performance.
• Perform manual and automated testing on multiple platforms to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools; work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Use root cause analysis to troubleshoot failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve automated test frameworks to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Support CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.

HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of one related internship or equivalent experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Skilled in reading and interpreting business publications, technical procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, correspondence, and manuals.
• Experienced in presenting information and addressing questions from diverse audiences.
• Strong mathematical ability, including probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Able to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical problems.
• Competent in problem‑solving, data analysis, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Capable of interpreting complex technical instructions and managing abstract and concrete variables.
• Must be willing to relocate to multiple Jabil site locations to carry out rotations.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
