We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Construction Estimator to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring safety and compliance.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Construction Sales Person to prepare accurate and competitive bids for fire sprinkler system installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to precision.
Responsibilities- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare bids and proposals for fire sprinkler construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
- Review material and labor costs to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, including NFPA codes and local regulations.
- Provide support during project planning and execution phases.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system estimating.
- NICET Level II certification in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred.
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler design, installation, and NFPA standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Hydra
CAD, or similar) and Microsoft (Excel) Office. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
$150,000 per year
