What You Will Do:- Creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with governmental and corporate requirements that demonstrate necessary cost and schedule integration.
- Detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance. Weekly and monthly business rhythms require communication of schedule status, including results of critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), schedule variance analysis, and ‘what if’ exercises to the Program Manager, the customer, and potentially senior management.
- Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. This includes internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
- Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other in‑depth schedule‑related analysis.
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines.
- University degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance required prior to start; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance after start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Minimum 4 years of scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing (preferably aerospace) environment.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience using scheduling software such as MS Project.
- Minimum 8 years of personal or professional experience using MS Office suite products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- Intimate familiarity with applicable Government regulations, especially pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Experience in analyzing and querying schedule data, including Schedule Metrics.
- Experience with ancillary scheduling products such as Full Monte, Fast Trak, and Pert Chart Expert.
- Knowledge and experience assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
- Ability to decompose statements of work into basic elements and transform them into a workable program plan.
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.
