Job Description
Progressive Development Group, Inc. is a multi-service professional land development and construction management firm providing land planning, civil site engineering, site development, architecture, and construction management services.
Responsibilities- The design and permitting of multiple projects for large commercial clients throughout the Nation.
- Assisting in the management of a civil design team.
- Coordinating and working with other team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 years minimum experience in land development engineering and permitting, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater, paving and grading, and site layout and design.
- Preparation of all associated calculations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Experience working on design teams to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
- Researching codes and regulations, and interpreting plans, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Location:
Bradenton, FL (salary $75,000 - $100,000) or Clearwater, FL (salary $70,000 - $90,000)
